This tracker is fast, accurate, and user friendly with automatic target location, real-time architecture, and the ability to instantly re-establish an interrupted beam. While the Leica Absolute Tracker AT930 is the 3D version of the AT960, it shares all the same features and functionality except for the variozoom 6DoF compatibility: making it the ideal solution for high-speed measurements in volumes of up to 160m (Ø). -
AUTOMATED 2D AND 3D INSPECTION
The InspecVision Accuity is an automated 2D and 3D inspection tool with a large field of view, telecentric gauging system. This newest addition to the InpsecVision line has a certified accuracy from 6 microns and scans parts greater than 160mm in diameter. The total set up and inspection time for parts scanned on this system is around 4 seconds, one of the fastest on the market. -
FLEXIBLE, EFFICIENT, AUTOMATED
The GOM ScanCobot is a mobile measuring station with a collaborative robot, a motorized rotation table and advanced software. When operating the ATOS 3D scanner, the sensor must face the part from different directions. The GOM ScanCobot uses a collaborative robot to perform this typically manual working process. Paired with a motorized rotation table, the robot can move along the sensor positions very quickly one after the other. This efficient addition to the typical manual scanning process speeds up inspection time. -
