COMPREHENSIVE, USER FRIENDLY POLYGON-HANDLING TOOL
Geomagic Wrap enables users to transform point cloud data, probe data, and imported 3D formats [STL, OBJ, etc.] into 3D polygon meshes for use in manufacturing, design, entertainment, archeology and analysis. Delivering highly competitive pricing and features, Geomagic Wrap intelligently processes complex point cloud data to revolutionize the way digital design and manufacturing is performed. It is also revolutionizing the way prototyping, 3D printing and engineering are being done. -
A TOTAL POINT CLOUD DELIVERY SOLUTION
Leica Cyclone is the market-leading point cloud processing software. It is a line of software modules that provides the widest set of work process options for 3D laser scanning projects in engineering, surveying, construction and related applications. The Cyclone line of software consists of ten versions for different needs and 3D deliverables. -
A DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY SOLUTION
PolyWorks|DataLoop™ is a data management solution allowing the sharing of 3D measurement data and results company wide. Share data with a colleague anytime through a clickable hyperlink that opens an inspection project in 3D on any digital device, including mobile. While having real-time analyzing, you are able to manage SPC and take action in the moment. -
LEADING 3D LASER SCANNER FOR ARM & TRACKER
The Absolute Scanner 1 (AS1) is the flagship 3D scanning sensor for Absolute Arm 7-Axis systems. With its use of blue-laser technology and advanced programing, the AS1 delivers productive, non-contact 3D measurement with simple usability. Powered by SHINE (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), the AS1 comes with an extra wide horizontally-oriented laser scan line and fully-automatic exposure settings, making 3D digitization fast and more accurate. Unique to the AS1, this scanning sensor can be used with the Absolute Arm and Hexagon (Leica) tracker systems. -
HIGH-PRECISION REVERSE ENGINEERING
ZEISS makes the path to a CAD model simple with the ability to easily create features for data preparation and surface reconstruction with a wide range of part types. ZEISS Reverse Engineering is versatile, with the capacity to use polygon meshes and point clouds from a number of different 3D measurement devices, including: tactile, optical, and CT measurement machines. -
2D X-RAY INSPECTION IN PRODUCTION
The ZEISS BOSELLO X-ray machines are designed for the production environment. This X-ray machine is suited for use in multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, metal and non-metal casting. This line of machines is compact, with the ability to be a part of your production floor. -
FOR PRECISION MACHINED PARTS
This machine is a high-accuracy CNC coordinate measuring machine that guarantees a maximum permissible error of E0, MPE = (2.5+3L/1000)μm. With this CMM, measurement uncertainty remains within one-fifth of the dimension tolerance up to 30.2" (766mm). The higher accuracy specification gives it more than double the effective measuring range in terms of accuracy-guarantee capability. Combining high speed and high acceleration, this CMM reduces measuring time. As the number of measuring points increases, measuring costs per point are reduced. -
FOR PRECISION HIGH-VOLUME MEASUREMENT, INLINE OR NEAR-LINE
The Absolute Scanner 1 (AS1) is the flagship 3D scanning sensor for the AT960 tracker. -
FOR LARGE SCAN DIGITIZATION
The Leica Absolute Scanner LAS-XL is the handheld laser scanner designed for large-scale digitization tasks. For parts that are larger with hidden features, traditional scanning methods have always presented challenges with the time consuming process of full digitization and CAD modeling. With a scanning line of up to 600mm wide, this scanner alleviates that roadblock with scanning process times that are three times faster. Ideal for less complex surfaces and pieces, the LAS-XL retaines accuracy within 150 microns. -
USER-FRIENDLY, LARGE-VOLUME MANUAL LASER SCANNING
The Leica Absolute Scanner (LAS) is an affordable, user-friendly way to add 3D digitization to your applications. This scanner collects accurate point-cloud data in measurement volumes up to 60 meters and is designed for quick changes between inspection techniques. The LAS scanner is automatically recognized by the AT960 tracker and easily shifts between probe and scanner measurements, making it a great partner to the Leica T-Probe. Achieving the best possible scan results is easy with its scanning features including a built-in guide light and three line-of-sight indicators that ensure correct positioning.
