FOR LARGE SCAN DIGITIZATION
The Leica Absolute Scanner LAS-XL is the handheld laser scanner designed for large-scale digitization tasks. For parts that are larger with hidden features, traditional scanning methods have always presented challenges with the time consuming process of full digitization and CAD modeling. With a scanning line of up to 600mm wide, this scanner alleviates that roadblock with scanning process times that are three times faster. Ideal for less complex surfaces and pieces, the LAS-XL retaines accuracy within 150 microns. -
FOR PRECISION HIGH-VOLUME MEASUREMENT, INLINE OR NEAR-LINE
The Absolute Scanner 1 (AS1) is the flagship 3D scanning sensor for the AT960 tracker. With its use of blue-laser technology and advanced programing, the AS1 delivers productive, non-contact 3D measurement with simple usability. Powered by SHINE (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), the AS1 comes with an extra wide horizontally-oriented laser scan line and fully-automatic exposure settings, making 3D digitization fast and more accurate. -
FOR PRECISION MACHINED PARTS
This machine is a high-accuracy CNC coordinate measuring machine that guarantees a maximum permissible error of E0, MPE = (2.5+3L/1000)μm. With this CMM, measurement uncertainty remains within one-fifth of the dimension tolerance up to 30.2" (766mm). The higher accuracy specification gives it more than double the effective measuring range in terms of accuracy-guarantee capability. Combining high speed and high acceleration, this CMM reduces measuring time. As the number of measuring points increases, measuring costs per point are reduced. -
2D X-RAY INSPECTION IN PRODUCTION
The ZEISS BOSELLO X-ray machines are designed for the production environment. This X-ray machine is suited for use in multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, metal and non-metal casting. This line of machines is compact, with the ability to be a part of your production floor. -
HIGH-PRECISION REVERSE ENGINEERING
ZEISS makes the path to a CAD model simple with the ability to easily create features for data preparation and surface reconstruction with a wide range of part types. ZEISS Reverse Engineering is versatile, with the capacity to use polygon meshes and point clouds from a number of different 3D measurement devices, including: tactile, optical, and CT measurement machines. -
LEADING 3D LASER SCANNER FOR ARM & TRACKER
The Absolute Scanner 1 (AS1) is the flagship 3D scanning sensor for Absolute Arm 7-Axis systems. Unique to the AS1, this scanning sensor can be used with the Absolute Arm and Hexagon (Leica) tracker systems. -
