Exact Metrology scanned one of the famous lions outside the Art Institute of Chicago in a high-tech way to not only capture a piece of history but replicate it.
Our customer, Met-L-Flo, will use the data to make 300 small replicas of the iconic landmark which will be handed out at FABTECH 2015. The conference is billed as “North America’s Largest Metal Forming, Fabricating, Welding & Finishing Event” and will be held at Chicago’s McCormick Place November 9-12.
